Nursery Rhymes
B&P Shadorma & Beyond – Nursery Rhymes
My horse and I, we like to go
Over the green grassy meadow;
Where the crystal brook does run,
Over the green grassy meadow;
Where the crystal brook does run,
Where we play all day in the sun.
My horse and I, we like to race
And feel the cool air on our face.
And feel the cool air on our face.
We gallop far to unknown lands,
Into the deep, dark shadowlands.
And when I am all tired out
My horse comes home a quiet route.
My horse comes home a quiet route.
He puts me in my little bed
And pats me on my little head.
In the morning we start again
My horse bows and I take the reign;
And Daddy says “Where will we go?”
My horse bows and I take the reign;
And Daddy says “Where will we go?”
Clutching his back, he neighs for show.
My horse and I, we romp all day
We travel fast and far away;
We travel fast and far away;
Neighing and laughing, we have fun
As we play until day is done.
As we play until day is done.
